College sells the dream. Then you graduate, and the dream doesn't show up on schedule. Launch Squad is a new event presented and hosted by Katapult and sponsored by Sunrise Network and Breakthrough Table. It's built for college seniors through early-career professionals to provide a space to hear how careers actually get built from people who've lived it.

At our kickoff event this fall, you'll hear from a panel of professionals at different career stages  sharing the real, unglamorous version of how they got where they are. No scripts. No cliches. Just honest stories about the job search, the setbacks, and what actually worked.

The Panel
